ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 8714 of 2026 dated 06.05.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2/4
