Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to take immediate action to place relevant documents before his Excellency President of India for the appointment of the post of Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Members for National Commission for Scheduled Caste (Constitutional Body set up under Article 338 of Indian Constitution) and appoint Director, Investigation Officer of Tamil Nadu State office of National Commission for Scheduled Castes and to take appropriate action to fill the existing Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and members vacancies in National Commission for Scheduled Castes and Director and Investigation Officer posts in the Tamil Nadu State Office of National Commission for Scheduled Castes within the time stipulated by this Court.
