ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order, dated 03.04.2024 passed by the first respondent and consequently, directing the respondents to reissue the petitioner's passport considering his application dated 28.10.2022 and his Passport Application No.TR1074717649122.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the third respondent submits that the criminal proceedings are pending against the petitioner in Crime Nos. 73/2022 and 110/2023 for serious offences. The charge sheets have been filed in C.C.No.32/2021 and S.C.No.20/2023.

3. Under these circumstances, there is no scope for issuing any direction to the petitioner at this stage. It is open to the petitioner to file a suitable application before the Concerned Courts for processing the application of 2/4

passport and the petitioner, if desires, may also file an application for renewal of passport before which had expired.
