O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 by considering his representation, dated 11.08.2016, submitted to the Education Department.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondents 4 and 5 cut and removed two valuable trees and appropriated the amount without accounting. The petitioner, therefore, submitted a representation to the Educational Authority to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5.

3. The counter affidavit filed by the Chief Educational Officer, Dindigul District indicated that enquiry was conducted by the Department and it was made out that the complaint was false.

4. In view of the counter affidavit filed by the Chief Educational Officer, Dindigul District, We do not find any reason to issue a Mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner.
