ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.124 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent before the jurisdictional magistrate in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.124 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
