ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the respondents 4 to 7 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.03.2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the owner of the S.M.K.M Complex, Door No.36, Palani Road, Dindigul Corporation, which contains 5 shops. The same was rented to the private respondents. However, the building is in dilapidated condition and it is unsafe to residing, the petitioner has requested the private respondents to vacate the premises. But, they occupied the same as on date. Thereby, she made a complaint before the third respondent. However, no order was passed, this petition has been filed. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a request before this Court that this Court may issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2022. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has no serious objection.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is issued a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.03.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Let a copy of the representation be sent along with the order copy to the third respondent to pass orders.
