ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the complaint given by one Renugadevi, the complaint has been registered in CSR.No.309 of 2021. The respondent police called the accused and the defacto complainant for enquiry. During enquiry, they undertook that they will resolve the issue before the concerned Court. Therefore, the respondent police closed the complaint and produced the statement before this Court. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
