C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed to direct the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that so far no case has been registered against these petitioners and no complaints are pending against them.

3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners belong to fishermen community and some other fishermen indulged in illegally transporting Sri Lankans to Rameshwaram. Under the guise of making enquiry, the third and fourth respondents are frequently harassing the petitioners and their family members.

4.But, the learned Government Advocate would submit that there is no harassment on the part of the respondent Nos.3 and 4. 5.Since the learned Government Advocate submitted that there is no harassment, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. However, if any trouble arises in future, the petitioners may approach the Court for appropriate remedy. 6.With these observations, this Criminal Original Petitions stand disposed of.
