ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(ii) imposed in Crl.MP.No.2983/2023, dated 19.06.2023, by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, in which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the S.H.O.Palakkarai Police Station daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to old age, the petitioner could not comply the condition. Hence, prays to modify the same.

3.Considering the nature of offence and reasons aforementioned, the condition No.(ii) imposed in Crl.MP.No.2983/2023, dated 19.06.2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, is hereby modified to the effect that ● that the petitioner shall appear before the S.H.O.Palakkarai Police Station once in fifteen days, ie., on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders;
