ORDER

The petitioner has joined B.Sc (Agriculture) course. It is a four years course. The petitioner has already completed three years. The respondent is willing to consider the petitioner's request for disbursement of Educational Loan provided she furnishes all the documents sought for by the respondent Bank.

2. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent states that as and when the petitioner approaches the respondent Bank, the petitioner's request would be dealt with expeditiously on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
