ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 1026 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an FIR in Crime No. 1026 of 2021 had been registered, for the offence under Section 379 IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur and the same is yet to be taken on file.
