Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 18.4.2017 pertaining to the conduct the election of administrative members in a democratic manner for the wakf properties in Aatrangari Jumma Pallivasal, Thanjavur within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner approached this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 18.4.2017 pertaining to the conduct the election of administrative members in a democratic manner for the wakf properties in Aatrangari Jumma Pallivasal, Thanjavur within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents/Wakf Board.

3.From the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it could be seen that no cause of action is made out in the Writ Petition. Moreover, the averments did not warrant any interference from this Court at present. No relief could be granted on the bald averments found in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition and thus the Writ Petition fails.
