This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to file a final report in Crime No.162 of 2018 on the file of the respondent within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the respondent Police has completed the investigation in Crime No.162 of 2018 and closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil.

3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court below and workout his remedy in accordance with law. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
