ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents herein to grant adequate protection to the petitioner's life, limb and liberty and his peaceful possession and enjoyment to the property.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent has trespassed into the property and refused to vacate and that when the petitioner questioned the same, the second respondent held out threats to his life and liberty.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint is pending in CSR.No.440 of 2018.

5. The first respondent police is now directed to hold an enquiry for the limited purpose of ascertaining the threat perception of the petitioner to his life, liberty and take such appropriate decision to secure the same to the petitioner.
