:Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider my representation dated 18.04.2017 and to give police protection to my life and limb to take back my house hold articles, certificates, vehicle belonging to me from the house where I lived with my late husband Mayalagan situated at Kasampatti, Natham, Dindigul District.

It is seen that Mayalagan married to Manorangitham, who died leaving behind her sons viz., Sudamani, Ramesh, Theivandran and Prabhu. After the death of Manoranjitham, Mayalagan married the petitioner herein. Mayalagan died on 21.02.2017. It is the case of the petitioner that her personal belongings are in the matrimonial home at Kasampatti, Natham Taluk, Dindugul District and when she went to take her belongings, the children born to Mayalagan through Manorangitham are objecting to it. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Today Mr.A.Pathra, Sub-Inspector of Police, Natham Police Station is present. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that there is no petition pending on the file of the Natham Police from the petitioner.
3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a complaint to the Sub Inspector of Police, Natham Police Station and on such compliant being given, the same shall be enquired into by calling Sudamani, Ramesh, Theivandran and Prabhu, so that the petitioner takes her personal belongings from the house.
4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
