It is seem that the petitioner gave a representation dated 06.04.2017 to the first respondent, who in turn forwarded the same to the second respondent. While so, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

2. As per the law laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC 577, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to go in person and give a fresh complaint before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam (Crime) Police Station and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.

2. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
