O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition, which is filed for quash and would submit that the petitioner, being a sole accused has been falsely implicated and would submit that as an accused he has a right of speedy trial and would alternately pray that a direction may be issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur to commit the case at the earliest and a further direction may be issued to the concerned Sessions Court to complete the trial, within a time frame.

2.Recording the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur is directed to commit the case in P.R.C.No.06 of 2013 to the concerned Sessions Court, within a period of two weeks from the next date of hearing. On such committal, concerned Sessions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is directed to complete the trial as expeditiously as

possible, preferably, within a period of four months, thereafter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
