[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The communication from the District Manager, TASMAC, dated 05 September, 2017 indicates that the TASMAC has taken a decision to close the shop bearing No.3143 located at Ayyampalayam Village, Dindigul District, permanently. The same is taken on record. 2.In view of the decision taken to close the shop, there is no need for a factual adjudication of the issue raised by the petitioner.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
