ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the review application against the order passed in W.P(MD)No.13326 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025.

2.Heard Mr.R.Prasanna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.It is seen that private notice has been served on the 5th respondent, who is the writ petitioner.

4.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking condonation of delay. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein.

5.The Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 17 days in filing review application is condoned.
