PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases), Dindigul to consider their bail application on the surrender of the petitioners/accused on the same day in connection with Crime No. 286/2026 Dated. 24.05.2026, on the file of the respondent police on merits and on the same day. 1/4

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in crime No. 286 of 2026, on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to learned District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases), Dindigul, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender in crime No.286 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. The petitioners shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 22.06.2026.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
