For Respondent : Mrs.M.Anandha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.343 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act and Rural Development Act, 1957 and Section 379 of IPC seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was said to have illegally transported one unit of river sand by using vehicel. Hence, a complaint has been registered. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
