ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 316 of 2024 dated 05.07.2024 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.1161 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 17.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No PJL 2/4
