ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Counsel for State of TN(crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on written instructions, submits that they are contemplating proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. and they would issue appropriate notice to the petitioner.
