ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's house situated in Survey No.125, Re Survey Nos. 200/4 , 200/5 and 200/29 at Ammapatti Village, Thuraiyur Taluk Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2015, within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Trichy District, to amalgamate all the sub-divisions in Survey No.125, Re Survey Nos. 200/4 , 200/5 and 200/29 at Ammapatti Village, Thuraiyur Taluk Trichy District and issue a single patta. respondent/Tahsildar, Thuraiyur, to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on 16.12.2015. Sofar, the third respondent did not take any action, pursuant to the order passed by the second respondent. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the documents carefully. 4.Since the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer has already directed the third respondent/Tahsildar, to conduct an enquiry and pass orders, the third respondent/Tahsildar, Thuraiyur, Trichy District, is directed to conduct an enquiry, as per the direction issued by the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Trichy District, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with Law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
