Heard both sides.

2. Questioning the impugned order, this writ petition has been filed. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader pointed out that the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 30.09.2023 on merits and in accordance with within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All the interested parties shall be put on notice. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
