PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Respondent No.1 to strictly instruct the Respondent No.2, not to harass the petitioner and petitioner's son by name Shanmugam, to produce the above said Sankar before the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2018 in accordance with law within the stipulated time. ORDER

The learned Government Advocate would submit that there is an FIR pending against the son of the petitioner in Crime No.103 of 2018. Therefore. The respondent Police wanted to enquire the petitioner, who is the father.

2.If the respondent Police wants to enquire the petitioner, they have to issue summon to the petitioner and thereafter enquire the petitioner. The respondent Police shall not harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
