ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.154 of 2007 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, for the present.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.154 of 2007 is dispensed with for the present. However, the certified copy of the same shall be produced 2/4
