ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.42 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent, dated 02.07.2020 with regard to the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working in a private institution from the year 2016 onwards. He would further submit that the averments contained in FIR revolves mainly around the first accused, who is now in Germany and the petitioner has no role to play. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that there are specific allegations against the petitioner in FIR and hence, he prayed for dismissal of this quash petition.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner prays to quash FIR, he will be satisfied, if the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a time frame.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14120 of 2020 5.In view of the above submission, this Court directs the first respondent police to complete the investigation in crime No.42 of 2020 and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
