ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 307, 387, 506(ii) of I.P.C., in crime No.24 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons attacked the defacto complainant with knife and extracted money and further, they threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences to his life. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.08.2018 and he has been released on bail in all the cases, in which, he involved earlier.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are 8 previous cases as against the petitioner including for the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C. He would further submit that charge sheet has been laid as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that charge sheet has been laid and considering the period of incarceration by the petitioner, this Court is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;
(i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam; (ii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
