ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner to participate in the proceeding Under Section 110 Cr.P.C without issuing notice to him.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is habitual offender and he is absconding now. He further submitted that the summons was not able to be served.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to receive summons . 2/4

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a direction to the second respondent to issue summons to the accused persons.
