Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to take appropriate action against the third and fourth respondents and consequently, direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.
