ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition that the respondent police have not conducted the investigation properly and seeks a direction to the respondent to register a case on his complaint. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the complaint of the petition was registered in CSR No.380 of 2025 and since there is no prima facie material in the complaint to register a case it was closed.
