This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police to execute the Non-bailable Warrant (NBW) dated 21.06.2023 issued as against the 1st respondent/accused in STC No.310 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that they are in search of the accused and they would execute the warrant as expeditiously as possible.
