ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the official respondents herein to take action, on the basis of the representation dated 28.08.2021.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he borrowed money from one K.Suresh Kumar and the amount has been credited in his bank account. That amount has been repaid by the petitioner. But in spite of that demanding exorbitant interest, he has been harassed. On that basis, he has given a complaint, which has not been enquired. Hence, this petition.

W.P.(MD)No.17166 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint given by this petitioner to the CM Cell has been forwarded to the 4th respondent herein by proceedings No.NRC/C.No.88/ACP/CCB/TRC/2021 to the concerned police. Notice was ordered to the petitioner, but he did not turnup. It is also found that his house was locked. 4.Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by initiating appropriate action, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Let the petitioner appear before the Enquiry Officer and cooperate with him to complete the enquiry. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
