PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.1886 of 2021 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur dated 08.09.2021 and thus render justice.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.1886 of 2021 on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar District, Srivilliputhur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar District, Srivilliputhur, dated 08.09.2021 with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the Sattur Police Station daily at 6.30 pm., for 30 days. He would further submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, without fail.
