3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

5.Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the judgement and decree dated 20.02.2026 made in O.S.No.98 of 2008 is dispensed with for the present. However, the certified copy of the same shall be produced immediately upon its receipt from the trial court. 02.07.2026 VSD 3/4
