COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to issue petitioner's Mark Statement and any other documents belonged to the petitioner by enabling the petitioner to join higher education or to participate in any competitive exams by considering petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025 forthwith, in accordance with law.

ORDER
These writ petitions have been filed seeking direction to the fourth respondent to issue petitioner's Mark Statement and any other documents belonged to the petitioner by enabling the petitioner to join higher education or to participate in any competitive exams by considering petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025 forthwith, in accordance with law.
2.In both cases, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that both the petitioner have received SSLC, 11th and 12th Mark Statements from the District Educational Officer, 2/5
Private School, Virudhunagar District. He further submits that the respective petitioners, who are present before this Court in person have acknowledged that they have received the aforesaid mark statements.
3.Recording the same, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs.
