ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is an aided non-minority institution. The management appointed one Dhivya as Junior Assistant in the school on 01.11.2019. The case of the management is that appointment is not contrary to G.O.Ms.No.238, dated 13.11.2018. The proposal was submitted by the management as early as on 16.05.2020. The remainder was given on 03.04.2023.

3. The second respondent shall pass order on the petition mentioned proposal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 27.06.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
