ORDER

********* The petitioner got married to the respondent on 11.09.2006. The petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.23 of 2018 before the Subordinate Court, Paramakudi, for restitution of conjugal rights. The respondent has filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.311 of 2017 before the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2.In the very nature of things, both the cases will have to be heard together. Therefore, taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a woman, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.311 of 2017 from the file of Family Court, Sivagangai and transfers the same to the Subordinate Court, Paramakudi for being tried with H.M.O.P.No.23 of 2018. 3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
