Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct the "Adal Padal" Programme on 07.08.2019 at 07.00 pm to 11.00 pm in connection with "Urchava Thiruvizha" the festival of Arulmighu Sri Kaliamman Thirukovil at G.Kallupatti, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct the "Adal Padal" Programme on 07.08.2019 at 07.00 pm to 11.00 pm in connection with "Urchava Thiruvizha" the festival of Arulmighu Sri Kaliamman Thirukovil at G.Kallupatti, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District.
2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the "Adal Padal" Programme on 07.08.2019 at 07.00 pm to 11.00 pm in connection with "Urchava Thiruvizha" the festival of Arulmighu Sri Kaliamman Thirukovil at G.Kallupatti, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, the petitioner made a representation on 24.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
