ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that against the order passed by this Court in the Writ Petition, the respondents have preferred a Writ Appeal in C.M.P.(MD)No.10392 of 2021, which is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

2.Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to initiate proper proceedings, after disposal of the Writ Appeal. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
