This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's personal life and property mentioned in O.S.No.133 of 2021 pending before the learned Sub Court, Vedasandur.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 01.09.2021 and the same is still pending.
