ORDER

The defendants 2 and 3 in O.S.No.250 of 2018 on the file of the VI Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai, are the revision petitioners herein. In the said suit, an order of status-quo has been granted in I.A.No.939 of 2018. The said order is questioned in this Civil Revision Petition.

2. The primary grievance of the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners is that the parameters for grant of interim relief are not at all satisfied in this case.

3. Be that as it may, I am of the view that the revision petitioners can work out their rights before the trial Court itself. The counsel reports that the case has now been adjourned to 16.11.2018. The Court below is directed to dispose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I.A.No.939 of 2018 finally on 16.11.2018. Of course, the revision petitioners will have to file their counter or vacate stay application well in time.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The revision petitioners are called upon to inform other side about the direction passed in this Civil Revision Petition.
