This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to perform the program of Adal Padal on 05.08.2019 night at about 6.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. at Thirutimalai Sri Pappanna Swamy Temple Festival Thirutimalai Post, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District and to provide adequate police protection, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.7.2019.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already permission has been granted to the petitioner to conduct the Adal Padal Programme.
