ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.283 of 2022 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the fourth respondent and consequently direct the fourth respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed in Crime No.283 of 2022 and final report is going to be filed before the concerned Court.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a request before this Court that this Court may issue direction to the third respondent to file charge sheet within a time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

4.Considering the same, the third respondent is directed to file charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
