When the matter was taken up for hearing, M/s.S.Paranjothi, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Tiruchirappalli, is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the complaint dated 03.10.2016 was enquired into by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell and the same has been forwarded to the District Crime Branch on 26.07.2016 for enquiry, as the allegations will not fall within the domain of Anti-Land Grabbing itself. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. No costs.
