This petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he is doing a real estate business and the fourth respondent is the owner of the furniture shop. There was sale agreement between the fourth respondent and one Balamurugan in respect of the property situated at Survey No.475/5, Aruppukottai Village, in which, this petitioner was acted as broker. At that time, a dispute arose between the vendor and the fourth respondent, due to which, the fourth respondent appears to have given a complaint against this petitioner. Based upon which, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are harassing the petitioner. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.261 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a land dispute and the petitioner has given an undertaking that he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13605 of 2021 will return the amount to the defacto complainant/fourth respondent before 30.09.2021, which was received from the fourth respondent for the purpose of purchasing the land. On the basis of the undertaking given by the petitioner, it was closed on 01.09.2021. 4.Since the matter has been settled, question of harassment does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
