proceedings in C.No.79/Detention/C.P.O/T.C/2022 dated 07.06.2022 in detaining the detenu under section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the Detenu namely, Vimal @ Vimalraj, son of Raja, male, aged about 22 years, who is detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to quash the detention order of the 2nd respondent in C.No.79/Detention/C.P.O/T.C/2022 dated 07.06.2022 and direct the respondents to produce the detenu, Vimal @ Vimalraj, son of Raja, aged about 22 years, who is detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.
2.The detention order, which is impugned herein, is dated 07.06.2022, as such, the detention period of one year is already over and hence, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
