The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police is harassing this petitioner under the guise of an enquiry, has approached this Court.
2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents submits that the respondent Police has conducted a petition enquiry in CSR No.175 of 2025, based on the complaint of one Aarti, who is the tenant of this petitioner. The enquiry revealed that this petitioner is insisting her to evict the premises without following due process of law. Since the dispute is civil in nature, they have closed the complaint by advising the parties to work out their remedy before the appropriate civil Forum. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 25.06.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No vrn 2/4
