PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1936 of 2020 before the competent court within a time stipulated. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.1936 of 2020.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.1936 of 2020 is pending, without filing the final report till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the final report has been made ready on 21.09.2020 and he prays three weeks time for filing Final Report.

5. Considering the submission, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in Crime No.1936 of 2020, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
